The Residences of St. Boniface

by Cecilia Kleiner 05/06/2024

There is a new and exciting development in West Town.

It's turning the St. Boniface Church into 18 condominiums.

An additional 24 units will be built in a new 4 story building on Chestnut St.

St. Boniface is located on the corner of Chestnut St. & Noble St.

Officially opening in 1904, the church took 2 years to build.

It was built between 1902-1904, and closed in 1990.

There were plans to tear down the church, but local groups started a campaign to save the church.

Finally, a local developer committed to save the church's exterior, and redeveloping the interior into high end condominiums.

If you have any questions about the St. Boniface condominium project or any condos in Chicago, give us a call.
